There is an MCP called REA that has been gaining popularity lately; it is a reverse engineering tooling suite.
It works with Ghidra, Hopper, and IDA Pro respectively, and decompiling, restoring, and porting existing games with these tools has apparently become a trend.
I've tried a few of them recently, and they decompile what used to be called advanced software completely and effortlessly.
As I work through a few of them and document the program patterns, it really feels like the amount of knowledge that anyone motivated can now learn has become virtually limitless.
