Building a RAG System for Research Material Retrieval

I refactored the codebase and ETL pipeline in use at the lab, then built a RAG system for research material retrieval. I designed and delivered a pipeline covering document preprocessing, indexing, search, and question answering, so that research materials and related papers left by graduated students can be preserved long-term and remain searchable and accessible. Per the client's request, the lab name and specific institutional details are not disclosed.

Tax ERP

I delivered a program for a tax firm. I offered a discounted rate on the condition that one of their tax accountants would serve as QA. The project came in at around 11 million KRW, and post-delivery testing was completed as well. Per the client's request, the backend was built on Firebase. As with previous work in this space, tax firms often work closely with Google's ecosystem, so requests to integrate with Firebase are common. The most challenging part of the project was the caching work.

Kindergarten Physical Activity Game

This is a game for young children where you catch falling letters to form words. If there are falling flowers, you catch them.

Delivering a Website Built with PHP

I hosted it on Cafe24, and it turned out to be more of a hassle than expected. I built a website that displays indexes in real time and delivered it to the client.

Liquor Store POS

A POS system for a liquor store. Although I delivered a modern UI, users requested changes because they actually preferred an old-school, colorful design over the modern one. Since the primary users are in their 50s and 60s, they said they wanted large text and colors that are easy on the eyes.
